U-Ship, Inc. Engages NetBound to Assist in Marketing Effort Firm Specializes in Point of Purchase and Kiosk Marketing

MINNEAPOLIS, June 26 /PRNewswire/ - U-Ship, Inc. (Nasdaq: USHP) announced today that it has engaged the services of NetBound, a Twin Cities-based specialist in kiosk and point of purchase marketing programs, to develop and implement programs designed to increase consumer usage of the Company's self service, automated shipping centers. NetBound has successfully managed point of purchase and kiosk related consumer marketing programs for a number of major corporate clients, including Pillsbury and Norwest.

U-Ship manufactures and operates self-service, automated shipping systems which it places in locations such as copy centers, office supply stores and retail service counters. U-Ship's service automates the shipping process for the consumer, the shipping location and the carrier. At June 15, 1997, the Company had approximately 300 automated shipping systems in place.
