Recently, Zigrino was Corporate Counsel for Primo Piatto, Inc. in conjunction with its buy-out of the Borden Food Company's Creamette pasta facilities in the Twin Cities.

Zigrino brings broad corporate law experience to his position as General Counsel for U-Ship. Until l990, he was a corporate attorney with two Minneapolis law firms, first with Robbins, Zelle, Larson & Kaplan and later with Winthrop & Weinstine. Since entering private practice, Zigrino's concentration has been in the area of general corporate and securities laws. He is a 1985 graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law.
