LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21, 1998--Spintek Gaming Technologies (OTC/BB:SPTK) and B&D Signs Monday announced plans for a joint venture relationship targeted at visual information products for the casino industry.

The two companies will unveil one of the new products at the World Gaming Conference and Exhibition this week.
