CINCINNATI (Aug. 31) BUSINESS WIRE -Aug. 31, 1998--Star Bank, N.A., recently
signed a definitive agreement to purchase nine in-store banking locations
inside Winn Dixie/Thriftway stores in Greater Cincinnati. Star Bank purchased

Alexandria, Kentucky.

other markets and we plan to further this relationship with additional
locations in their Midwest marketing area. As in all our banking locations,
Star Bank and Winn Dixie/Thriftway will work to give customers the highest
