Jones Naughton To Focus All Corporate Resources on its Community Marquee Division and Internet Kiosk Development via iCom's NETZONE(TM) Public Internet Kiosk Technology

Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: JNNE) announced today that its COMMUNITY MARQUEE division has entered into an strategic business alliance with iCom Network, Inc.

iCom Network is a San Diego based company that provides complete public communications services to businesses, hotels, restaurants, airports and other corporate clients. ICOM's NETZONE Kiosk is a fully-contained Public Internet Kiosk that allows the user access to E-mail, America Online, and the World Wide Web in an unattended environment. The consumer conveniently pays by the minute using cash, credit cards, or special promotional coupons. With the optional NetPort(TM) access system, laptop computer users can tap into the Internet to utilize their own PC interface and ISP services.

Under this cooperative relationship, COMMUNITY MARQUEE'S existing advertising kiosk will be seamlessly integrated into the NETZONE Public Internet Kiosk, creating an aesthetically pleasing and functionally superior revenue opportunity. By combining ad revenues and Internet usage fees, Jones Naughton can triple revenue potential. Under the basic online management services contract, iCom Network's patented NETZONE Internet Kiosk will allow for special rotating banner advertisements, hot links to other Internet Web sites, and revolutionary eCommerce capabilities. The system utilizes a Pentium 233MHz CPU with 64 MB RAM and 1.6 GB hard drive (upgradeable). Customer interactivity is via a 17" high resolution monitor with super VGA graphics card, a U.S. Robotics Sportster X2 56K internal modem and a 101-key spill-proof keyboard with Touchpad mouse.

ICOM Network , Inc. has several hundred kiosks currently in the marketplace focused primarily on the high-end hospitality industry. Jones Naughton Entertainment's initial marketing thrust will be toward the middle market business traveler and their communications needs.
