Stuck for space
                     (Electronics Times; 03/22/99)

Stuck for space? A touchscreen PC that hangs on the wall has been developed
by the man who designed the PC104 embedded PC format.

At just over 5cm thick and weighing just under 1kg, the 486 netDisplay from
ZF Microsystems is based around a 100MHz embedded 486 single component computer
with an Ethernet connection.

With an 8.2in passive LCD screen or a 12.1in active matrix colour LCD, with
or without touch-screen, it is aimed at OEMs and system integrators for
information kiosks, retail point-of-sale, banking, industrial control, medical
instrumentation and transportation management.
