GoOn-line.com Completes Infrastructure for Launch of Interactive   E-commerce  
               Site; Company Signs Two Key Merchandising Partners

LOS ANGELES (May 27) BUSINESS WIRE -May 27, 1999--Scott Claverie, President of 
GoOn-line.com, a subsidiary of Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: 
JNNE), announced today that GoOn-line.com has completed technical and service 
upgrades necessary to launch the formal grand opening of GoOn-line.com in the 
second half of June.

    GoOn-line.com's technical upgrades and site enhancements include:

-    Equipment and routing agreements with Cisco Systems

     (Nasdaq: CSCO) and 3COM Corporation (Nasdaq: COMS)

-    Doubling GoOn-line.com's Internet bandwidth to accommodate

     anticipated launch traffic

-    The selection of Internet providers Pacific Bell and Qwest

     Communications (NASDAQ: QWST) for transmission quality and backup

     redundancy.

compatibility testing will minimize service interruptions and ensure maximum

Cosmopolitan Industries and Innovative Concepts Corporation (ICC).

Cosmopolitan Industries currently has worldwide Moped scooter distribution 
rights to merchandising leaders including Kmart, Costco, FingerHut, Damark and 
Ubid. Cosmopolitan President Elliott Peikoff cited the alliance with GoOn-
line.com will broaden Cosmopolitan's consumer base saying, "The number of 
Internet consumers is growing at a dramatic rate. Our association with 
aggressive e-commerce partners such as GoOn-line.com will keep us on a steady 
growth curve as consumers realize the convenience of 24-hour shopping from 
home."

Innovative Concepts President Sal Canino believes GoOn-line.com is a natural
