Massimo Da Milano Inc. Announces Official Opening of the First Java Centrale Internet Cafe in Long Beach, Calif.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 1999--Massimo Da Milano Inc. (OTC BB:MDMI) announced today that the first Java Centrale Internet Cafe officially opened yesterday, June 29.

The first Internet Kiosk, provided by iChargeit.com (OTC BB:ICHG) has been successfully installed into the existing Java Centrale Cafe in Long Beach, Calif. MDMI has developed the Java Centrale Internet Cafe, "JCIC," concept as a way to attract new customers to their existing coffee cafes and to allow their franchise owners the ability to offer a more complete line of MDMI products without actually carrying them on the shelves. Customers will also be able to surf the Internet, check e-mail and even send digital photos of themselves sipping coffee.

According to Dana Verrill, "The installation of the first Java Centrale Internet Cafe, represents the culmination of efforts by Java Centrale iChargeit.com, Global Lynx, and the Java Centrale Franchisee in Long Beach. Now that the initial JCIC is installed we can begin to ascertain the public's response and incorporate their comments into the final JCIC product configuration. Our initial marketing efforts have indicated tremendous interest, and we are looking forward to further installations in the near future."

Gene Du, Java Centrale Franchisee owner, at 555 E. Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, Calif., stated, "I am excited about being able to offer my customers the expanded product line represented by the JCIC concept. I plan to look for additional locations in my Franchise territory to install JCIC terminals because I am confident the JCIC terminals will be a huge success."

Jesse Cohen, President of iChargeit.com added, "MDMI was one of our first customers, and we have worked with them to develop a complete e-commerce footprint which provides for total coverage, customer interface and expanded market capability. It is a pleasure to work with Dana Verrill, and we look forward to turning many more Java Centrale Cafes into Java Centrale Internet Cafes in the upcoming months."
