GoOn-line has entered into a marketing agreement with MidWest Internet
Solutions, Inc. (MIS, Inc.) to place GoOn-line's custom Internet
Kiosks in hotels in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.
MIS, Inc. was founded by Peter H. Nosek, a veteran of 25 years in

General Manager includes past affiliations with Courtyards by

Mr. Nosek expects his numerous contacts throughout the Midwest to
positively receive this new technology. He stated, ``I am very pleased
that we are able to offer our clients a new technology that will
eventually be interfaced with every type of lodging property. I expect
a rousing reception from hoteliers as this new amenity will enable
their clients to conduct personal and work-related business while away
from home or the office. Hoteliers are always looking for a
competitive advantage, and placement of this technology will give
participating hotels an edge in their marketplace.''
MIS, Inc. will immediately dedicate five sales representatives to
the GoOn-line Kiosk project, canvassing hotels in the designated
three-state area. Additional representatives will be added as the
marketing initiative progresses.

30 additional Internet Kiosk orders since the Company's July 6th press
