LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug 12, 1999--Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: JNNE), announced today its wholly owned subsidiary, GoOn-line Kiosk Division, has signed its 100th Internet Kiosk site agreement.

Jim Cannon, Director of the Kiosk Division, said the 100th site agreement signed was with the Ramada Inn Hotel ``appropriately located in our nation's capitol, Washington, D.C.''

This signing brings the total number of states in which GoOn-line has Internet Kiosk agreements to 22, plus the District of Columbia.

Mr. Cannon also announced that 27 kiosks have now been installed nationally and that the company is aggressively stepping up its sales and marketing efforts to increase its national market presence.

To support this effort, Mr. Cannon announced the Company will be displaying its kiosks at two upcoming trade shows. The first will be the Indian Professional Network's Annual Net IP/IPN Convention to be held in Atlanta on August 22. The keynote speaker will be H.P. Rama, President of the American Hotel/Motel Association.

The second will be the Florida Hotel and Motel Association's annual convention to be held in Orlando, Florida, on September 1st and 2nd. This convention draws over 4,500 hotel owners annually according to industry sources.

GoOn-line further announced the Company expects to complete 25 additional Internet Kiosk installations by the end of the month.

``Now that our manufacturing capabilities have expanded, we will increase our presence at more regional and national trade shows, and in October will begin advertising our services in industry trade publications to support our aggressive sales plan,'' said Mr. Cannon.

Jones Naughton Shareholders' Meeting Date Set
