A large travel agency has contracted Kinetic, Inc. to conduct an Internet Focus group study for them regarding the interface design of a new Web site they plan to launch in early 2000.
In exchange for cooperation, this agency is awarding those who participate with a valuable certificate for dollars off of future travel, as well as entering them in a sweepstakes in which they can win a free trip for two.
