Power Interactive Media, Inc. announces J.V. with Beryl Wolk, “The Marketing Wizard”

Ontario, Canada –(Business Wire) –December 14, 2001—Power Interactive Media, Inc. (OTCBB: PIAM) announces a Joint Venture, with Beryl Wolk’s international marketing company, IMC, for the promotion and marketing of Power Interactive Media, Inc.

Terry Cooke, President and CEO of Power Interactive stated, “ We are pleased to be working with such a dynamic individual as Mr. Beryl Wolk (www.marketingwizard.com). Cooke goes on to say, “Beryl has vast experience with kiosks and is a co-founder of one of the largest kiosk companies in malls and train stations. His “stores without doors” market products and services in shopping malls to over 100,000 shoppers weekly. Beryl will be marketing Power Interactive’s innovative products in the U.S. and abroad, as well as marketing Power Interactive to the financial community.”
