Ontario, Canada �(Business Wire) �December 14, 2001�Power Interactive Media, Inc. (OTCBB: PIAM) announces a Joint Venture, with Beryl Wolk�s international marketing company, IMC, for the promotion and marketing of Power Interactive Media, Inc.
