WildTangent and ublive.com Connect to Create Interactive Games for the new ublive.com Web Site.

Redmond, WA, January 19, 2000: Streaming multimedia leader, WildTangent, and Houston-based ublive.com have teamed up to create an interactive game for ublive.com, a music community Web site. The game, Monster Truck Mayhem, was presented in Houston during the Dec. 15 media roll-out of http://www.ublive.com, which showcases the music of independent artists with a focus on the hip-hop, rap, and blues genres. Hundreds of guests from the radio and recording industries watched as WildTangent business development manager, Libby Dunkin, and the ublive.com team maneuvered the game's computer-simulated truck over a bumpy, dirt track.

"Through this partnership and others, WildTangent is changing the way people play games, display ads, and interact with music," stated Libby Dunkin from WildTangent. "WildTangent is excited to launch this technology and technologies to come on sites such as ublive.com. These sites will quickly become one of the most unique and cutting-edge sites on the web."

WildTangent and ublive.com hooked up last year when ublive.com began their search for an interactive game for their Web site. The two companies will continue working together to develop a series of games for the site.
