FILMFLY ENTERTAINMENT LAUNCHED BY TOUCHPOINT TECHNOLOGIES AND EYE2BUY

COMING SOON TO A THEATRE NEAR YOU: World's First Film Merchandise Virtual Mall

MISSISSAUGA, ON - August 3, 2000...TouchPoint Technologies Corporation of Mississauga, ON and Eye2buy Technologies Corporation of Vancouver, BC have formed a partnership to launch Filmfly Entertainment Company to provide interactive merchandising kiosks to movie theatres worldwide.

Filmfly will distribute TouchPoint's kiosks, featuring the latest kiosk management software, Kudos, to be installed in select movie theatres, initially in Canada during Q4, 2000. The on-site kiosks will act as a one-stop shopping centre for movie-related products, offering moviegoers the opportunity to purchase merchandise from films (including soundtracks, DVD's, clothing, accessories, and posters) immediately after viewing.

This Fall, the first Filmfly kiosk installation will make its world debut in a major Toronto movie theatre.
