LEXITECH'S JAY MCGUIRE WINS TOP 100 AWARD FROM AV/MULTIMEDIA MAGAZINE

Top 100 Award recognizes producers "whose notable achievements have made their colleagues stand up and take notice". For this year's 4th Annual Top 100, Jay McGuire, Director of Technology at Lexitech, was awarded one of the coveted spots.

In noting Jay's contributions, AV/Video Multimedia Producer said, "At Lexitech Worldwide, a developer of custom applications, Jay McGuire helps customers embark on public-access projects that incorporate intuitive interfaces, video, audio and Lexitech's patented NetKey platform. McGuire has tackled messaging applications for the Republican National Convention and the Super Bowl and has developed trade-show kiosk applications for Microsoft, Oracle Application Users Group and IHRIM. The biggest problem with kiosks, says McGuire, is downtime. 'We're trying to rival the uptime of a pay phone and hope to remotely control plug-and-play kiosks within the next year'."
