CYBERTOTEMS FEATURED AT GRAND OPENING OF BROWARD COUNTY CULTURAL INFORMATION
CENTER
(Fort Lauderdale, Florida - December 4, 2001) Broward County unveiled its
new Cultural Information Center on Friday, November 30th at the Main Library
in downtown Fort Lauderdale. One of the main components of the new
state-of-the-art facility is a Cybertotems interactive multimedia kiosk,
which will be used to provide information and ticketing for local culture
and entertainment venues, including Broward County attractions, museums,
theatre, festivals and dining. Among the agencies involved in the program
are the Broward County Commission's Cultural Affairs Division, Broward
Libraries, Broward Mass Transit, and the Broward Center for the Performing
Arts.
