NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 1997--Casdim International Systems, Inc. (OTC:CDMI) announced today that it has been appointed as distributor of the "ViewInn" Services in the United States.

The ViewInn Service provides business travelers with information, communication and entertainment services similar to those available from a home- based PC. ViewInn PLC, the developer of the ViewInn Service, is a UK company listed on the London Stock Exchange, which pioneered the development of in-room Internet Services for hotel guests in 1996.

Pursuant to the agreement with ViewInn PLC, Casdim will have the exclusive distribution rights during the term of the agreement for the sale, installation and maintenance of the ViewInn Service in those hotels in the United States which are part of hotel chains to which the ViewInn Service will be sold by Casdim. Casdim intends to utilize the ViewInn Service in connection with its Information-On-Demand (IOD) integrated information, interactive TV, Internet, Video-on-Demand, E-mail and Club Member Facility System which is currently being beta tested as part of the company beta test agreement with HFS's Ramada Franchise Systems, Inc.
