CoinSurF™ System is a complete Kiosk Payment control solution, providing for a simple yet robust way
to offer 'pay to surf' the web - 'send and receive' Email - 'pay to view' of other applications on a
public access kiosk system

1) Coin Acceptor Module and Mini Faceplate
The Mars Cashflow 330 is an industry standard coin mechanism and has been used in thousands of global
applications and has proven to be both a reliable and robust product. The acceptor can be programmed
to accept ANY currency and or Tokens. e.g UK - 20p, 50p, £1, £2 plus A Token This solution in an
Airport terminal with a nearby Coin Currency Changer would be very useful for travellers with
different currencies. Inserting their change could output Tokens which are acceptable in a CoinSurF™
System.
2) CoinSurF™ MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
HOW IT WORKS
a. Integrates with Netshift to boot up in inactive mode. i.e. All banners, carousels and attract
sequences are active. Touchscreen, Keyboard and Mouse are not active.
b. Correct coin value accepted - CoinSurF™ passes control to Netshift to allow user interface.
c. Dialog boxes alert user to time remaining online, plus continuous small count down window ' always
on top' - Configurable dialog box text file for ANY language.
HOW IT MANAGES CASH
a. CoinSurF™ records all coins input to system and records in a statistics text file.
b. Statistics text file is sent by Netshift to predetermined email address during the night. This
allows the vendor to know exactly how much money is in the cashbox, what denomination of coins and to
decide if the NetKiosk needs to be emptied.
c. User configurable time setting for value of coins ( i.e £1 = 5 minutes ) d. Future upgrade will be
available to set other times or days to over set the above. ( i.e xday 12pm-5pm allow 50% more time
to surf) or xday 10pm-1am allow 25% less time to surf) e. Kiosk maintainer options to refresh cashbox
value when emptied.
3) COMBINED INTERFACE HARDWARE & POWER SUPPLY
Highly compact micro unit for kiosk internal fitting: only 155mm x 105mm x 42 xmm. Unit internals..
Interface board interprets output from Coin Acceptor and sends RS232 data to the PC serial port.
Power Supply +12V and -12V supplies power to Coin Acceptor, Interface Hardware and RS232
Complete with all cabling, connectors and power on indicator
