GREENWOOD, Ind., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- In anticipation of continued tight labor markets, Personnel Management, Inc. (Nasdaq: TPMI - news; PMI) has launched an aggressive, national kiosk recruiting campaign.

The National Association for Temporary Staffing Services (NATSS) reported in their most recent survey that temporary help services reached an unprecedented level in 1997 with receipts growing 15.4% to $50.3 billion.
