mPhase Technologies in pact with InfoSpace.com to Provide Content and
Commerce Solutions to the mPhase High-Speed Internet Access Users

NORWALK, CONN. (Feb. 12) BUSINESS WIRE -Feb. 12, 1999--mPhase Technologies
(OTCBB:XDSL) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with
InfoSpace.com Inc. (Nasdaq:INSP) to provide access to the InfoSpace.com content
and commerce solutions to mPhase's existing and future high-speed Internet
access subscribers.
mPhase users will have access to InfoSpace.com's leading content and commerce
solutions, which include yellow & white pages, classifieds, ActiveShopper
commerce solution, finance and investing services, net community, and city
guides. The InfoSpace.com solutions enable mPhase to increase revenue generated
from advertising and commerce transactions through the mPhase high-speed
Internet access service.
