(OTC BB:KYOM) announces that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with a company domiciled in the Peoples Republic of China ("China") to establish a joint venture to market a government sanctioned lottery in China. The lottery would mirror the systems presently being used in the United States and Canada, with extensive controls and reporting. The Company has targeted a city in China with a population in excess of eight million people to launch the project. The installation of approximately 200 electronic lottery kiosks is expected during the first phase of operations.
