Kyocera Management, Ltd. Announces Lottery Opportunity in China

NEW YORK (March 8) BUSINESS WIRE -March 8, 1999--The Board of Directors of 
Kyocera Management, Ltd. (OTC BB:KYOM) announces that it has entered into a 
Memorandum of Understanding with a company domiciled in the Peoples Republic of 
China ("China") to establish a joint venture to market a government sanctioned 
lottery in China.

The lottery would mirror the systems presently being used in the United States 
and Canada, with extensive controls and reporting.

The Company has targeted a city in China with a population in excess of eight 
million people to launch the project. The installation of approximately 200 
electronic lottery kiosks is expected during the first phase of operations.

The lottery project confirms the focus of the Company to engage in businesses 
which have established and proven management, and provide significant cash flow 
opportunities

The Company is currently preparing its Form 10-SB registration statement for
