June 24, 1999 15:04 Jones Naughton Announces 16 New Signed Internet Kiosk Site Agreements; NICOM Telemanagement, Inc. Delivering on GoOn-line Internet Kiosk Marketing Deal LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 1999--Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: JNNE), announced today that NICOM Telemanagement, Inc. has signed 16 new hotel site agreements for Jones Naughton's GoOn-line Internet Kiosk Division. NICOM reported to Jones Naughton that 16 new client hotels have been signed in California, Arizona and Texas. The new client hotels include: Days Inn, Holiday Inn, Red Roof Inn, Travelodge, Quality Inn, Best Western, Friendly Inn, Regency Inn, Ramada Inn, Astro Inn and Islander Inn. These new client hotels have signed four-year or five-year contracts to provide Internet access to hotel guests using Jones Naughton's GoOn-line Internet Kiosks. John Winfield, President of NICOM, commented on the growing list of Internet Kiosk sites, saying, "NICOM's sales force is now fully-trained and on the road signing up client hotels. The reception to Jones Naughton's GoOn-line Internet Kiosk program thus far has been 100% positive. We fully expect to deliver on our deployment agreement as scheduled." Jim Cannon, Director of GoOn-line, said, "We are very pleased with NICOM's performance out of the gate. Mr. Winfield's sales force has put this project on the front burner and we are already seeing exceptional results." Mr. Cannon also stated that Jones Naughton will be making a major announcement on July 6th regarding streamlining production and delivery of GoOn-line's Internet Kiosks to client hotels. Jones Naughton's agreement with NICOM Telemanagement calls for NICOM to utilize its extensive contacts in the hotel industry to assist Jones Naughton in placing 1,200 Internet Kiosks over the next five years in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas. NICOM is supporting the implementation of this roll-out with its eight in-house sales representatives and 40 independent sales reps to place Jones Naughton's Internet Kiosks in prime hotel locations.
