generation retail kiosk, SmartTILL, aimed at forward thinking retail outlets. The touch terminals,
demonstrated on the Smart Media stand, use a multimedia front end to present products or services
available and are able to handle credit card and cash transactions and issue receipts, tickets or other
hard copy documentation. 

"SmartTILL can be used to deliver any service such as cinema tickets, subscription and membership
services - it could even be configured to dispense goods like CDs," commented Ian Williams, Managing

presentation and content, allowing each vendor to select their own branding and scheming for the
