PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard Michael, President and CEO, American Kiosk Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AKIS - news), announced that the Company, on July 30, 1999, officially became a fully reporting company, under the ticker symbol AKIS on the OTC Bulletin Board. Mr. Michael states, ``This is important to our Company because this will enable more brokers and market makers to participate in American Kiosk Corporation's common stock''. On May 14, 1999, American Kiosk Corporation filed with the SEC to become a fully reporting company. Subsequently, the SEC provided notification that the registration statement would go effective July 13, 1999 (60 days following filing). On July 27, the Company filed an addendum to the registration statement and the fully reporting status became officially effective on July 30. Notice:
