LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug 10, 1999--Joseph Naughton,
Chairman of Jones Naughton Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: JNNE),
announced today the addition of two respected Internet veterans to
Jones Naughton's GoOn-line Internet Division.
Jones Naughton has retained the services of Mr. Jeffrey F.
Reynolds, formerly of Website Results, LLC, and Mr. Kemal Erbas, a
founding partner of Frontera Design.

In his new capacity, Mr. Reynolds will have total corporate
authority in managing all aspects of Jones Naughton's e-commerce
marketing ventures, including the Company's ShopGoOnline.com,
Auctionomics.com and GoOn-line Kiosk divisions. Mr. Reynolds was
recently in charge of new business development for Website Results,
the premier Internet marketing solutions company whose clients include
REI, Mobil, PenTex, Reebok, and CyberCash.
Mr. Reynolds, who has previously worked with Pacific Coast
Communications and Southwestern Bell, is a graduate of Northrup
University. Mr. Reynolds said of his new position with Jones Naughton,

Kemal Erbas, E-commerce Web Site Designer/Developer --

Mr. Kemal Erbas has worked as a principal partner of Frontera
Design, the Web design firm that assisted in developing
ShopGoOnline.com. After the initial design and implementation of
ShopGoOnline.com, Scott Claverie (founder of GoOn-line.com) decided
Mr. Erbas would be a valuable addition to GoOn-line's technical staff.
Hence, Mr. Erbas has agreed to a full-time position with GoOn-line as
a Web site designer and developer. Mr. Erbas' responsibilities at
GoOn-line will include: maintaining the appearance and functionality
of ShopGoOnline.com's front end user interface, and designing and
developing GoOn-line.com's other Internet-related projects.
Mr. Erbas' extensive background in Web site design and
large-scale Internet project development was built on a history of art
instruction, interior architectural design and video production.
Mr. Erbas holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior
Architecture and Environmental Design and a Certificate in Video and
Television Production.
Mr. Claverie believes Mr. Erbas further solidifies the strength
