BURNABY, BC, Sept. 20 /CNW/ -- Hamed Shahbazi, Chairman and CEO of Info Touch Technologies (VSE: IFT) is pleased to announce today that the company has engaged the professional legal services of DILL DILL CARR STONBRAKER & HUTCHINGS of Denver, Colorado. This law firm will be used to represent Info Touch with the preparation and filing of Form 20-F Registration Statement, to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. A 20-F registration statement is required for any company wishing to list its share on an American stock exchange.
Mr. Shahbazi is also pleased to announce the appointment of Maria Alalayan, CMA as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Ms. Sheila Levesque. Ms. Alalayan has moved from Eagle Quest Family Golf Centres, a subsidiary of Family Golf Centres, a publicly traded NASDAQ company.
