NBG Solutions Installs Prototype Kiosks

PORTLAND, Ore., Dec 15, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NBG Radio Network
(OTC:NSBD) today announced that its subsidiary, NBG Solutions, Inc.,
has received an order from the General Services Administration (GSA) to
develop and install two prototype kiosks for a new regional project in
support of Vice President Al Gore's National Performance Review Hassle
Free Communities initiative.
Amongst other objectives, this initiative is focused on improving the
availability and accessibility of government services.
NBG Solutions, Inc. will provide, integrate, and install customized
kiosks and related software. The stand alone prototype kiosks are
expected to be installed in the public food courts of three Texas and
Louisiana shopping malls, and will promote easy public access to
internet based state and federal government information, resources, and
services. NBG Solutions, Inc. anticipates completion of the prototype
phase of this project by end of January 2000.

forward to taking this initiative nationwide during 2000."
