Best Buy and MP3.Com Takes Technology on Tour With AlanisMINNEAPOLIS, July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Fans who attend the upcoming concert tour by Alanis Morissette and Tori Amos will be able to discover first hand the new MP3.Com technology -- thanks to hi-tech booths being set up by MP3 and co-sponsor Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE: BBY - news) The mini technology expo will be set up at each of the 25 concert venues in the U.S. The tour kicks off in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on August 18th and runs through September 25th. Best Buy's Senior VP Merchandising, Gary Arnold, announced today that there would be four interactive kiosks at each location equipped with touch screen technology. Fans will be able to download music from the MP3.Com website at eight table top interactive systems.
