Grosh will oversee operations of KIS� manufacturing facility. Having recently earned its place on Inc.�s 500 fastest growing companies in the U.S., the Colorado Fast 50 and the national Fast 500 by Deloitte & Touche, KIS� growth warranted the newly created position of General Manager. �John�s expertise in operational efficiency and performance will be a great asset to our fast-growing business,� explains Rick Malone, KIS President. Grosh brings strong management skills to his new position with a resume that includes Vice President of Operations at Fiberlok, Director of Engineering, Quality and Consumer Relations at Evenflo/Gerry Baby Products and Engineering/Project Manager for General Dynamics. Grosh is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Sigma Xi Professional Research Fraternity and the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Management National Honor Society. He served on the Blue Ribbon Panel for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration�s (NHTSA) Child Safety Program, received ASQ�s Rocky Mountain Quality Award and completed the Executive Development Program at General Dynamics. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a MBA from the University of California.
