INFO TOUCH APPOINTS INTERIM CFO

BURNABY, BC, January 19, 2001, 2000. Hamed Shahbazi, Chairman and CEO of Info Touch Technologies www.infotouch.net (CDNX: IFT), announces the appointment of Mr. Jos� Guerrero, Chief Operating Officer, as the interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Guerrero replaces Maria Alalayan who recently resigned to pursue other interests. Mr. Guerrero, who has been Chief Operating Officer of Info Touch Technologies Corp. since April 2000, has over 15 years of experience in senior financial and operating positions including:

• Finance Director and Controller, Johnson & Johnson, Medical Division (Mexico); Controller, Wal-Mart Stores (Mexico);
• Business Development Manager, Marubeni-Fuyo Group (Canon, Hitachi, Nissan, Fuji Bank);
• Project Manager, Samsung Company; and
• Operations Manager, Social Security Institute.
