Everyone says, "You can use the internet anywhere." Well, we just made that come true. Local internet kiosk company RaidNet have teamed up with hardware manufactures DVE to launch the latest internet offering for the high street.

The leased kiosk is wall mounted with a touchscreen. It provides easy access to a number of popular websites in addition to email and other internet applications.

Kevin Reid, Media Director of RaidNet said, "We needed to make an internet kiosk affordable, robust and reliable."

"This means that you could get on the net in hairdressers, doctors, tyre centres or anywhere you have some wall space," added Deborah Wilkins, Sales and Marketing Manager.

RaidNet have already deployed over a hundred kiosks in pubs. The intention will be to roll out the touchEasy™ kiosks throughout the UK.

Now you can lease a kiosk at low cost. The machine can have a coin mechanism that allows the operator to charge for internet access and retain all the revenue under the current scheme. The initial offering means that operators pay £5 a day for the kiosk to be installed and managed; they can earn up to £6 per hour from the machine use.

"We have had an overwhelming response to the new offering and expect to deploy over 300 machines in the next 4 month alone."

This is believed to be the only offering of its kind in the UK.
