I&E and NCR Partner to Distribute Web Kiosk Solutions

SPARTA, NJ 08/17/00 - Instruments & Equipment Company, today announced a distribution partnership with NCR Corporation to provide their Web Kiosk Solution to a broad market spectrum including retail, hospitality, warehousing, gaming, ticketing, parking, transportation, medical, time & attendance, and industrial instrumentation.

"The NCR Web Kiosk Solution includes an extremely comprehensive kiosk HW platform along with an underlying web infrastructure that is already enjoying a wide variety of application support." said Joseph Trobert, President and CEO of I&E.

The NCR Web Kiosk is a Pentium or Pentium III based system with full multimedia capability and a very robust web kiosk infrastructure that allows the unit to interface with other applications. In addition, in partnership with Net Near U, NCR provides a robust systems management tool which permits the remote monitoring and administration of the kiosk network.
