SMO Multimedia and iNetShelves Sign Joint Venture Agreement Ahead of Impending
Acquisition
Everson, WA//September 10, 2001//SMO Multimedia (Pink Sheets SKLK) is pleased to announce that it has entered into
a joint venture agreement and has signed a Letter Of Intent to acquire iNetShelves, LLC.
iNetShelves is a proprietary full service, transaction and fee-based Application Service Provider (ASP). The iNetShelves
solution links inventory and point-of-sale databases together with supply chain management solutions to create a
seamless stream of data from the customer's order, passing information to order entry, routing, and accounting software.
In addition, iNetshelves search engine technology is a seamless match for SMO's multimedia kiosk (e-Station) network
and retail solutions.
The joint venture agreement immediately enables each company cross-marketing and promotional opportunities while
due diligence for a merger is underway.

environment. The iNetshelves solution coupled with the advanced SMO technology assures SMO a distinct competitive

The acquisition is expected to complete upon due diligence and the mutual satisfaction of all parties.

retailer and consumer. SMO is also providing other high traffic areas new multi media terminals that will be announced in
the near future. SMO recently announced a merger with Skytalk Communications, Inc. (SKLK-OTC Pink Sheets) and plans
to file appropriate financial documentation to be fully reporting and be trading over the counter immediately after the
completion of the merger.
