* 2ND CENTURY CEO REVEALS PLAN BEHIND OFFICE CLOSURES
Network ASP 2nd Century Communications this week announced a corporate
reorganization, which resulted in the closure of five offices and an
overall reduction in headcount. John Prisco, president and CEO of 2nd
Century, attributes the scaling back of operations to April's downturn
in the capital market. Under its new strategy, 2nd Century will focus
its efforts on 12 U.S. cities, with three additional markets being
served via remote.

* PHILLIPS GROUP OFFERS DIFFERENT VIEW OF ASP MARKET'S FUTURE
A recent study by The Phillips Group (Parsippany, N.J.) predicts large
companies will become the most prevalent users of the ASP model by
2004. These results stand in direct contrast to most previous reports
from the research sector, which indicate the small to mid-sized market
will drive the ASP industry into the future.
