Degasoft Launches an Online Knowledge Base
Degasoft launched its innovative Knowledge Base on its Web Site yesterday, Monday October 23, 2000
(www.degasoft.com). This support system will allow registered users to enter a sophisticated network of information flow, updates on the product, Kudos, as well as downloading evaluation copies and supportive templates and sample applications.
This Knowledge Base was designed by one of Degasoft's young software developers, Mr. Johann V. Gunnarsson, who with his colleagues has spent months finalizing the system.
The knowledge base is considered to be an essential part of Degasoft's services, since it provides programmers/users and others alike with an advanced support network to resolve immediately any issues relating to the product.
The search mechanism allows users to easily locate the answer to their question, and if the answer is not found, Degasoft's software developers will personally handle the request/question.
