Mosaic Software signs Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Agreement with Microsoft
London, 19th November 2001 - Mosaic Software, provider of electronic funds
transfer (EFT) software for consumer-generated electronic transactions, has
entered into an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Royalty Licensing Agreement
with Microsoft EOC (European Operation Center).
The agreement allows Mosaic Software to distribute SQL Server 2000
internationally in conjunction with Mosaic Software's Postilion solution.
Postilion, a Microsoft Windows NT/2000 based advanced EFT Solution, has been
optimized to make efficient use of SQL Server. According to the agreement,
Mosaic Software will gain access to beta versions of Microsoft products,
enabling them to test these products in-house even before they are released.
High quality and reliability are of the utmost importance to Mosaic Software,
and pre-testing of Microsoft versions will maintain their competitive advantage.
