Moonrise Sytems, Inc., Canada, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of �Global Connectivity Group, Inc.� an internet and broadband connectivity group in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida � USA. Mr.Yves Mailhot, the principal owner and developer of NetStop remains on board as Vice-President and leader of the product development team.

The US group includes an experienced team of hardware/software professionals and sales, marketing and shipping personnel to support the world wide acclaim that NetStop� currently enjoys. GCG�s connections in the computer and hardware industries will enable Moonrise Systems to offer its customers high quality accessories at competitive prices.

The biggest benefit to the user base will be that Mr. Mailhot, an accomplished programmer, will now be able to devote his time to the ongoing development of this truly versatile and user friendly software that has become the leading product in its field in just a little over two years since its introduction. P&O�s Princess Cruise Lines, after extensively testing various PBI software including NetStop, recently deployed NetStop on its cruiseship Oriana�s shipboard internet caf�.

Even as this news goes to press the latest upgrade, version 3.9 is about to be released. Moonrise Systems is planning a major upgrade for the first quarter of 2002. With this release NetStop will graduate to its new name NetStop Pro with many added security features, more languages and the tools necessary to run and maintain a high activity internet caf�.
